O H CONSTRUCTION STAKING SERVICES WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING
s6,4s AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
^ ` BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Engineering and Constructing Staking
Services dated November 14, 1988 , for FY 1989 Linbud Lane Paving,
Contract No. 358 , by and between Robinson Engineering of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1988 .
