-N HE-H RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH KENNETH & WARREN
5 CONTRACTING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 14 , 1988 , for Demolition
m Contract "D-88(D) " in conjunction with Ansborough Avenue (North) ,
IX-6615( 5 ) --79-07 , by and between Kenneth & Warren Contracting of
rp Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
