RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN STREET
LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that street lights in conjunction with Hackett Road Bypass ,
IX-6585 ( 7 ) --79-07 , be removed at the following locations :

ro Wit= 1 . Light Pole Nos. 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 27 , 29 , 31 , 33 , 47 , 42 ,
rfl and 46 along University Avenue.

2 . Located 75 feet east from the northeastern corner of
Huntington Road and Katoski Road intersection and 8 feet
north of Huntington Road. The light pole is marked with
the symbol 65T.
3 . Located 75 feet from the northeastern corner of South
Hackett Road and Downing Avenue intersection and 8 feet
north from Downing Avenue. The light pole is marked
with the symbol 40T.
` BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he
is hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to Iowa
Public Service Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1988 .
