"' WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with FY 1988 Lafayette
and East Fourth Streets Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 332 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1988 .
