tr� RAILWAY COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

rr AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 21 , 1988 , for the placement of
traffic signal conduit under Iowa Northern Railway Company track
at West Eleventh Street and at Williston Avenue in conjunction
with Relocated U.S. 218-7 ( 106 ) --3P-07, by and between Iowa
Northern Railway Company, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1988 .
