BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
4 that the American Institute of Architect (AIA) Document B141
; Standard Form of Agreement dated November 21, 1988 , for department
space needs and locations/study of renovation options for the
former East Side Library, by and between Flinn, Saito Andersen &
Robert DeVoe of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1988 .
