r H , i RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE EAST PARK AVENUE
n) PARKING DISTRICT THE SUM OF SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX
0 t.~ F HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS ( $69 ,618 . 00) TO THE DEBT
jr SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1988-1989 Fiscal Budget
on March 15 , 1988 , allocating $139 , 236 . 00 of East Park Avenue
- Parking District money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of
General Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$69, 618 . 00 from the East Park Assessment District to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1988 .
