�_; RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENTS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 230 EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, IN THE
s M { `,.; CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

--1 _" . WHEREAS, Jim Lind Standard has proposed that the Council of
m the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve minor site plan amendments for
Jim Lind Standard to extend the curbing and surface paving to
where the inside of the curbing would be one ( 1 ) foot from
Edgemont Avenue right of way including the edge of the canopy and
to locate the canopy support pole 12 . 5 feet from the Edgemont
Avenue property line, and legally described as follows :
Unplatted Waterloo West
That part of the Northwest fractional quarter of Section 3 ,
T88 , R13 commencing at intersections south line of Ridgeway
Avenue and west line of Edgemont Avenue, thence south along
west line of Edgemont Avenue a distance of 200 feet, thence
west 45 feet, thence south 30 feet, thence west 115 feet,
thence north 230 feet to the south line of Ridgeway Avenue,
thence east to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned minor site
plan amendments, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendments should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendments for
Jim Lind Standard, to where the inside of the curbing would be one
( 1 ) foot from Edgemont Avenue right of way including the edge of
the canopy and to locate the canopy support pole 12 . 5 feet from
the Edgemont Avenue property line, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1988 , and
approved by the Mayor this 14th day of December, 1988 .
