BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated December 12 , 1988 , for utilization
of the gymnasium, swimming pool and exercise room at Bunger School
for recreational purposes, by and between the Waterloo Public
Schools of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
