m tI SECTION 372 . 13 , PARAGRAPH 5 , 1988 CODE OF IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1988 , under the provisions of
Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5, provides upon order of the Council
that all records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances,
and instruments having to do with real estate and bond issues, may
be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of destroying certain records and papers under the
provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
destroy the following records as provided under the provisions of
Chapter 372 . 13 , paragraph 5 :
FY 1985-86 Purchase Requests (Green)
FY 1983-84 Purchase Requests (Green)
Claims for August 8 , 1983 through September 26 , 1983
Claims for September 26 , 1983 through November 14 , 1983
Claims for April 25 , 1983 through June 2 , 1983
FY 1982-83 pink copies of Warrants
FY 1983-84 pink copies of Warrants
FY 1984-85 pink copies of Warrants
Paid Warrants for July 1983
Paid Warrants for August 1983
