H RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
o OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR WATERLOO

i RECREATION & ARTS CENTER GALLERY/LECTURE HALL ADDITION.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Architect
to prepare and file specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the construction of the
`f. Waterloo Recreation & Arts Center Gallery/Lecture Hall Addition,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Architect has filed said specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications , form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1988 .
