WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th day of January, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Iowa Securities Investment Corporation to rezone from "C-3"
Commercial District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land
generally located at the northeasterly corner of West Second
Street and Jefferson Street and legally described as follows :
Lots 6 , 7 , 8 in Block 5 , Original Plat Waterloo West,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1988.
