RESOLUTION APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMENT WITH
THORSON-BROM-BROSHAR-SNYDER, ARCHITECTS , INC. OF
WATERLOO AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Architectural Agreement dated December 19 , 1988 , for an
addition to the Waterloo Recreation & Arts Center to include a
lecture hall to seat 60 persons located within a gallery for the
permanent collection, by and between Thorson-Brom-Broshar-Snyder,
Architects of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1988 .
