HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-680-12.19.1988 RESOLUTION NO. 1988-680 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 1987-76 , 1987-126 AND 1987-179 RELATING TO THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF WCF & N DRIVE FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, adopted Resolution Nos. 1987-76 , 1987-126, and 1987-179, relating to the purchase of property from various property owners in conjunction with the widening of WCF & N Drive, and WHEREAS, said Resolutions did not state that said real estate was purchased for the purposes of public street purposes, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that said real estate is needed for public street purposes and should be dedicated for said purposes, and WHEREAS, the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission has reviewed right of way needs for WCF & N Drive and determined that said real estate is needed for public right of way purposes . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that all property purchased in Resolution Nos. 1987-76 , 1987-126 and 1987-179 , in conjunction with the WCF & N Drive Paving Project be and the same here designated for public street purposes.
