H n n PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
m WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo on
(0 January 9 , 1989 , at 7 : 00 P.M. , for the purpose of considering and
i acting upon amendments to Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, Zoning
Ordinance, to include the following proposed amendments to the
Special Permits Section of the Zoning Ordinance:
1.j Change all references to "City Council" to the "Board of
c+ M ' H Adjustments" , and
J Fy
c 2.1 Change all references to "Iowa Department of Water, Air
. and Waste Management" to the "Iowa Department of Natural
ocf n Resources" , and

Mu' 3 . ' That the fees for reviewing Special Permits be increased
=v from $25. 00 to $40 . 00 ;
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1988 .
