RESOLUTION NO. 2011-701
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE
ARTS WINDOW REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts Window
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Center
for the Arts Window Replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Waterloo Center for the Arts Window Replacement, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
