RESOLUTION NO. 2011-706
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF PATHWAYS
BEHAVIORAL SERVICES TO HOLD 8TH ANNUAL "RUN,
WALK AND ROLL FOR A DRUG FREE COMMUNITY"
EVENT ON OCTOBER 29, 2011.
WHEREAS, Pathways Behavioral Services has made written
application to the City Council asking that they be authorized
and permitted to hold its 8th Annual "Run, Walk and Roll for a
Drug Free Community" event on October 29, 2011, together with the
approval of the Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the route
starting and ending on the access road in front of the Pathways
Building at 3362 University Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Pathways Behavioral Services
to hold its 8th Annual "Run, Walk and Roll for a Drug Free
Community" event on October 29, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m., with
the route starting and ending on the access road in front of the
Pathways Building at 3362 University Avenue, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2011.
