RESOLUTION NO. 2011-713
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF PUBLIC MARKET KITCHEN HOOD (EQUIPMENT
ONLY).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Public Market Kitchen Hood (Equipment Only), in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of Public Market
Kitchen Hood (Equipment Only), which were preliminarily approved
by Resolution No. 2011-630 on June 27, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 25,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase
of Public Market Kitchen Hood (Equipment Only), in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2011.
