RESOLUTION NO. 2011-714
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF PUBLIC MARKET
KITCHEN HOOD (EQUIPMENT ONLY).
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-713, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Public Market Kitchen Hood (Equipment Only), in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on July 25, 2011 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2011.
