RESOLUTION NO. 2011-717
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH PRAIRIE
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 PUBLIC MARKET
WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND NEW VESTIBULES, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $78,900.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Prairie Construction Co., Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the 2011 Public Market Window Replacement and
New Vestibules, in the amount of $78,900.00, signed on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of
the 25th day of July, 2011, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said Contract signed by United
Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2011.
