RESOLUTION NO. 2011-718
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH FAILOR HURLEY
CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 PUBLIC MARKET
INTERIOR DEVELOPMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$212,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Failor Hurley Construction, Inc. of
Hudson, Iowa, for the 2011 Public Market Interior Development, in
the amount of $212,000.00, signed on behalf of the Cit of
Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 25t day
of July, 2011, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said Contract signed by North American
Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2011.
