RESOLUTION NO. 2011-719
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 5 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 5 dated July 25, 2011, at a cost
not to exceed $75,300.00, for final design assistance to the Iowa
DOT for U.S. 63 improvements between Franklin Street and Newell
Street, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2011.
