The Storm water discharge will be from
the construction of the River Renais-
sance
Lower Plaza and Amphitheatre
Project on the South Bank of the Cedar
River,Between West 1st Street and Park Signed
Avenue.
Located in Section 26,Township 89N,
Range 13W,Black Hawk County,Iowa.
Storm Water will be discharged from 400
feet downstream of West 1st Street to
Park Avenue point source(s)and will be
