RESOLUTION NO. 2011-481
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011
WATERLOO FORESTRY BUILDING UPGRADES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2011 Waterloo
Forestry Building Upgrades, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2011 Waterloo Forestry
Building Upgrades, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2011-403 on May 9, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 6,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2011
Waterloo Forestry Building Upgrades, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011.
