RESOLUTION NO. 2011-485
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED), AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 8 to IDED New Construction Contract 08-DRH-011
dated April 12, 2011, for the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Program, decreasing the award amount by $893,145.00 from
$3,224,208.00 to $2,331,063.00, by and between the Iowa
Department of Economic Development (IDED) and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011.
