RESOLUTION NO. 2011-486
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTING THE AWARD OF
CONTRACT FOR THE THIRD ROUND OF NEIGHBORHOOD
STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP3) FUNDS WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AWARD BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Third Round of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3)
Funds, in an amount not to exceed $904,000.00, to redevelop the
900-1000 blocks of Lafayette Street in the Rath Brownfields
neighborhood, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011.
