RESOLUTION NO. 2011-488
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT MODIFICATION
NO. 1 WITH VOLTMER INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT MODIFICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Contract Modification No. 1 dated June 6, 2011, at an
additional cost of $16,195.50, for the construction of the
Ridgeway Avenue and Highway 63 (Sergeant Road) Traffic Safety
Improvements, Contract No. 760, by and between Voltmer Inc. of
Decorah, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011.
