RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF ROSS AND KATHRYN JONES FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "C -1,C -Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING
DISTRICT LOCATED AT 700 WEST PARKER STREET, AS
JUNE 20, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of June, 2011, for the purpose
of considering the request of Ross and Kathryn Jones for a site
plan amendment to the "C -1,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District located
at 700 West Parker Street, to allow for the establishment of a
grinding shop and computer office in the existing building, and
legally described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 in Block 1, in Rosebud Addition in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011.
