RESOLUTION WAIVING WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIREMENT
TO OCCUPANTS REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF THE
CITY LIMITS URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA FOR
GOOD CAUSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that waiving the written notice requirement to occupants
regarding establishment of the City Limits Urban Revitalization
Area for good cause, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011.
