RESOLUTION NO. 2024-719
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEEDIN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2025 W.A.R.P. 4TH ADDITION PROJECT, CONTRACT
NO. 1114.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has prepared plans, specifications, and a form of
contract for the FY 2025 W.A.R.P. 4th Addition Project under Contract No. 1114; and
WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, and form of contract have been duly reviewed and
considered by the City Council, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements for
the successful implementation of the project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to confirm approval and authorization to
proceed with the project to enhance city infrastructure and community development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The City Council hereby confirms the approval of the plans, specifications, and form
of contract for the FY 2025 W.A.R.P. 4th Addition Project, Contract No. 1114, having found
them to be in compliance with all applicable standards and project goals.
2. The City is authorized to proceed with the execution and administration of the FY
2025 W.A.R.P. 4th Addition Project as per the approved plans and specifications.
3. All relevant city departments and officials are directed to take the necessary actions to
implement the project, ensuring adherence to the approved plans and compliance with regulatory
requirements.
