RESOLUTION NO. 2011-519
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH EAST
WATERLOO TOWNSHIP, CEDAR TOWNSHIP, AND THE
CITY OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreements dated June 13, 2011, to provide fire and
ambulance services for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012,
by and between East Waterloo Township, Cedar Township, the City
of Elk Run Heights and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2011.
