RESOLUTION NO. 2024-751
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY BOULDER CONTRACTING,
LLC, OF GRUNDY CENTER, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$343,775.62, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2025
SIDEWALK RAMP & TRAIL PROGRAM - ZONE 4,
CONTRACT NO. 1106, AND RECEIVE AND FILE A TWO-
YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Boulder Contracting, LLC., of Grundy Center, Iowa, performed work on the
FY 2025 Sidewalk Ramp & Trail Program - Zone 4, Contract No. 1106, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Boulder Contracting, LLC., has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$343,775.62.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of
work performed are hereby approved and the City Clerk is directed to receive and file on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa the two (2) year maintenance bond.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 2024.
