RESOLUTION NO. 2024-761
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ADDING A
LIBRARY MANAGEMENT VACATION SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Public Library Board of Trustees approved an amendment to
the Waterloo Employee Handbook adding a Library management vacation schedule and
presented to the Waterloo City Council on December 16, 2024; and
WHEREAS, said handbook identifies policies and procedures to be implemented and
followed by City Employees; and
WHEREAS, said policies and procedures outline the purposes and goals of the City and
the expectations of the employees to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that an amendment to the Employee Policies and Procedures Handbook
for city employees, is hereby approved and adopted.
