RESOLUTION NO. 2011-529
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR RENEWAL
AGREEMENT OF STOP LOSS HEALTH INSURANCE WITH
WELLMARK BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one-year renewal agreement dated June 13, 2011, for stop
loss health insurance for a premium of $661,419.00, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2011.
