RESOLUTION NO. 2011-530
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated June 13, 2011, at a one-
time setup cost of $650.00 and a monthly cost of $45.00, to host
the City's website on the District's server, for the period
July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, by and between the Waterloo
Community School District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2011.
