RESOLUTION NO. 2011-532
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
MARSH PLACE L.P. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY DIRECTOR OF WATERLOO CENTER
FOR THE ARTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated June 13, 2011, at a cost of $1.00
per month, to lease a storefront space until August 2011 to
exhibit local artists' work, by and between Marsh Place L. P. of
Spencer, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Director of Waterloo Center for the Arts
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2011.
