RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,675.00 FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 510 PARK ROAD IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
510 Park Road (Parcel No. 8913-23-251-010
Ricker and Bratnober Land Company Addition West '-� of
Lot 14 Block 13, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Rental and Fire Inspection - $1,675.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
