RESOLUTION NO. 2011-544
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH CITY HALL & FIVE SULLIVAN
BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER - ENERGY EFFICIENT
LIGHTING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with City Hall & Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center - Energy Efficient Lighting Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with City Hall &
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center - Energy Efficient
Lighting Project, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2011-502 on June 6, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 20,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with
City Hall & Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center - Energy
Efficient Lighting Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
