RESOLUTION NO. 2011-548
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF EMULSIONS
FOR SEAL COATING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wat4rloo,;,Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of §aid City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document,.,form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Emulsions for Seal Coating Program, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Emulsions for Seal Coating Program, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2011-500 on June 6, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 20,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Emulsions for Seal Coating Program, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
