RESOLUTION NO. 2011-552
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 20, 2011, for use of city streets
to implement a detour needed for the reconstruction of the
Canadian National Railroad crossing of Highway 63 (south of
Esther Street), in conjunction with F.Y. 2012 U.S. Highway 63
Improvements from Conger/Newell Street to Donald Street, Contract
No. 790, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
