RESOLUTION NO. 2011-553
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY RESTORATION SYSTEMS, INC. OF CHASKA,
MINNESOTA, FOR THE COMMERCIAL STREET PARKING
GARAGE REPAIRS - PHASE II, ACCEPTING THE
WORK, AND RELEASING THE $32,788.79 RETAINAGE.
WHEREAS, Restoration Systems, Inc. of Chaska, Minnesota, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $655,775.80 for
the Commercial Street Parking Garage Repairs - Phase II, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the retainage of $32,788.79 for the project
be hereby released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
