RESOLUTION NO. 2011-555
RESOLUTION APPROVING FLEET AGREEMENT WITH
ACCESS SYSTEMS OF WAUKEE, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Fleet Agreement dated June 20, 2011, at a cost of
$1,561.03 per month, for printer and copier maintenance and
supplies for the Police Department, by and between Access Systems
of Waukee, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
