RESOLUTION NO. 2011-556
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID WITH MID -IOWA SOLID WASTE
EQUIPMENT CO. OF JOHNSTON, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $149,430.50, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW VEHICLE MOUNTED
ARIES PIPELINE VIDEO SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Mid -Iowa Solid Waste Equipment Co. of
Johnston, Iowa, in the amount of $149,430.50, in conjunction with
the Purchase of One (1) New Vehicle Mounted Aries Pipeline Video
System, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project in Resolution No. 2011-516, after
public hearing on June 13, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the apparent
lowest bid for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
