RESOLUTION NO. 2011-557
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated June 20, 2011, in the amount of
$546,725.00, for the Rehabilitation of Apron Phase 3A at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
