RESOLUTION NO. 2011-559
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO ALLIED MANATTS GROUP LLC OF
CHARLES CITY, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REHABILITATION OF APRON PHASE 3A FOR THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$296,934.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Allied Manatts Group LLC of Charles
City, Iowa, in the amount of $296,934.00, in conjunction with the
Rehabilitation of Apron Phase 3A for the Waterloo Regional
Airport, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project with Resolution No.
2011-341 after public hearing on May 2, 2011 on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby awarded, the same being the
apparent lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
