RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
ADOPTION OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2016 FOR THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AS JULY 11, 2011, AT 5:30
P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL,
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th day of July, 2011, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the adoption of the
Capital Improvements Program for Fiscal Year 2012-2016 for the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
