RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION
OF WESLEY MAHLSTEDT TO REZONE FROM "C-2"
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT APPROXIMATELY 0.30
ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED AT 507 WISCONSIN
STREET, AS JULY 11, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th day of July, 2011, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Gene
Meyer to rezone from "C-2" Commercial District to "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District approximately 0.30 acres generally
located at 507 Wisconsin Street, and legally described as
follows:
Kenwood Park all of Lot 291 except East 21-� feet & Lot
292 & 8 feet vacated alley adjacent to Lot 292 & West
47;-z feet of Lot 291.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
