RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO PLAYPOWER LT FARMINGTON C/O ALL
INCLUSIVE REC OF FARMINGTON, MISSOURI, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SULLIVAN
PARK PLAY STRUCTURE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$62,680.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of PlayPower LT Farmington c/o All Inclusive
Rec of Farmington, Missouri, in the amount of $62,680.00, in
conjunction with the Purchase of Sullivan Park Play Structure
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-433, after
public hearing on May 23, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
