RESOLUTION NO. 2011-571
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF COLLECTION
STORAGE FURNISHINGS FOR WATERLOO CENTER FOR
THE ARTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Waterloo Center for the
Arts of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of Collection Storage Furnishings
for Waterloo Center for the Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Director of Waterloo Center for the Arts did
file said specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Collection Storage Furnishings for Waterloo Center for the Arts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Collection Storage Furnishings for Waterloo Center
for the Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2011.
