RESOLUTION NO. 2016-361 RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AS JUNE 6, 2016 TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY INVISION ARCHITECTURE ON BEHALF OF AS COMMERCIAL, FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 18,000 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH A 77-STALL PARKING LOT, LOCATED EAST OF 1844 WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE. WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6d' day of June, 2016, for the purpose of considering the request by INVISION Architecture on behalf of AS Commercial, for a site plan amendment to the "C-P" Planned Commercial District to allow for the construction of an 18,000 square foot commercial building with a 77-stall parking lot, located east of 1844 West Ridgeway Avenue, and legally described as follows: Lot 6 Village West Subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
